I work with teams and groups at all levels of the organization to promote a constructive mode of working which maximizes the effectiveness of the group and the individuals that make up the team.  During these team sessions we look at responsibility and accountability, how to appreciate and incorporate differences, how miscommunication commonly occurs, how to have conversations that matter and most importantly, how to build trust and commitment.
