My passion is to assist people and organizations gain greater insights into how they prefer to think, make decisions and communicate. With this understanding, people and organizations are enabled to harness the power of their thinking for improved productivity, creativity & fulfillment.

These surveys and assessments help you get to the heart of what is happening in the organization.  They will help leaders to understand key drivers of organizational behavior and are designed to identify areas of focus which an organization can take for maximum performance. 

Team & Individual Assessments

I offer several types of assessments for individuals and teams.  These assessments typically focus on personality and individual/group thinking styles.  Assessments can be targeted at all levels of the organization from leadership impact analysis, to management effectiveness profiles, to Myers-Briggs Personality profiles and are typically used in conjunction with leadership development, talent management strategies, team building workshops and developing the strengths of individual team members.
